All above, ICTs amplify behaviours. They can contribute to improve the quality of living provided they are used in a political and social context which is responsible.
The information society can be beneficial for the people as it makes possible collaborative work, and empowerment for the citizens. In order to build an information society beneficial for people, massive investments need to be made to raise awareness for children to communication, medias, and advertising.
