General information
The forum TIC21 takes place on October 30th and 31st, in the Phenix theatre in Valenciennes.

During your online registration, you can book a seat in the shuttle which is going to link on each day the hotels and the train station to the Phenix.
A shuttle between Brussels and Valenciennes will also enable participants coming from Brussels to attend the forum on each day and bring them back at the end of the day (check the hours above).
Notice : People coming by shuttle provided by ACIDD, will not be able to leave their luggages in the hotel before the forum.
You can leave your things in the locker room in the Phenix.
Meal is provided on both day at noon.
On wednesday night, the restaurant in the Phenix will be open after the theatre (not included in your booking).

By train :
We can send you discount tickets (20%) for train tickets in France. Ask for it on your online registration or contact us by e-mail on tic21@acidd.com
For those coming from Paris, here is the time of the train you'll have to take, in order to get the shuttle :
From Paris Nord to Valenciennes : departure 7.52 AM - arrival 9.37 AM
Way back from Valenciennes to Paris : departure 4.43 PM- arrival 5.26 PM
Once you've arrived to the train station in Valenciennes, a shuttle can bring you to the Phenix. (please inform us on your online registration)
By car :
You can park in the Phenix.

By bus from Brussels :
A bus from Brussels to Valenciennes will be provided on tuesday and wednesday morning and evening leaving from the Schumann place to the Phenix in Valenciennes.
The EUROBUSSING coach will be located at Park van Maerlant, just near
Brussels Schuman station.
A small panel will indicate "TIC21 International Forum, Valenciennes (F)
Tuesday and wednesday morning : Departure 8.00 AM , Schumann Place - Arrival 9.30 AM
Way back :
Tuesday night : Departure 7.30 PM from Valenciennes - Arrival 9.00 PM to Brussels
Wednesday night : Departure 4 PM from Valenciennes - Arrival 5.30 PM to Brussels
