General terms

General Terms for the TIC21 Forum, to be held on 30th and 31st October 2007

All reservations for the forum are subject to acceptance of the following general terms.
Enrolment / entrance fee
In order to have access to the TIC21 Forum to be held on 30th and 31st October, you must have been invited or be a member of the ACIDD association have reserved online at www.acidd.com
Registration from 1st June 2007 to 21st October 2007 (midnight).
Rates per person :
Association 350 € excluding tax (418.60 € including VAT) per person
Company 600 € excluding tax (717.60 € including VAT) per person
Authority / State 600 € excluding tax (717.60 € including VAT) per person
Students have free access on the event for the last plenary conference, on October 31th, on presenting their student card.

Participation fees include:
- administration fees
- access to the conferences, workshops, exhibition
- two lunches
- coffee breaks
- access to the shuttles laid on for the logistic zone (departure point, arrival point, timetable)
- Badges and convention delegate folders which will be provided at reception.
Participation fees are a lump sum. There will be no reimbursement or reduction in price in the event of a delegate not partaking in lunch, not participating in a workshop or not using the shuttles.

On-line enrolment:
Confirmation of a request for enrolment is instantaneous, and can be printed out immediately.
Enrolment will be confirmed by a bill that will be issued on receipt of payment or an order form (for authorities and major businesses)
Enrolment deadline:-Sunday, 21st October 2007, midnight.

Changes / cancellation
Any changes or cancellation of enrolment must be notified prior to Sunday 21st October, midnight, either by fax to 04 90 07 32 05 or by e-mail to administration@acidd.com or by mail to

In the event of cancellation by a participant : 30 working days before 30th October 2007, ACIDD will reimburse the total amount of participation fees, 20 working days before 30th October 2007, ACIDD will reimburse 50 % of the participation fees, from Monday, 22nd October 2007 or in the event of absence on the day of the forum, the participation fees shall be due in total, and no reimbursement will be made. There will be no reimbursement for cancellation after this date, except in the case of duly evidenced force majeure.

Payment methods:
-by banker's card (on-line payment only)
-by cheque or postal order payable to ACIDD forwarded by 20/10/07 at the latest (authenticated by postmark)
- by bank transfer by 20/10/2007 at the latest
- by warrant by 31/10/07, in such case an order must have been forwarded prior to 20/10/07.
Your bill will be sent on receipt of payment (or on receipt of order, only for warrant payments)
